Amazing pork belly sandwich! I come here mainly for this park belly sandwich. Crispy pork rinds and plenty of meat. Highly recommend! Fast service. They make the sandwich and give to you in minutes. No complaints from me! I also like their taro pastry (bánh da lợn).

Really authentic feel and have some great sandwiches. They even have the heo quay (roast pig) banh mi which isn't easy (or cheap) to come by. Portions are great, flavors are spot on, would come here again.

Paris Baguette in Mira Mesa is like a little slice of Paris....Vietnamese style without the long flight. Their House Special (Đặc Biệt) is a must-try, packed with layers of savory grilled pork (Thịt Nướng) and juicy pork belly (Ba Chỉ) that will make your taste buds do a happy dance. The flavors are bold, the portions generous, and the vibe is just right. It's a perfect spot if you're craving a fusion of French charm and Vietnamese flavor in the heart of Mira Mesa. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to eat like a Parisian... with a little extra pork!

Hole in the wall treasure!! If there are groups of soldiers, aunties and uncles enjoying their banh mi's at 9am, that speaks volumes about the establishment! - Grilled Pork Banh Mi ($7.50) !!!!! - Crunchy, chewy baguette filled with sweet and succulent marinated grilled pork, pickled daikon and carrots, and a creamy sauce! Each bite was tastier than the last, my friend and I split the banh mi and finished it all too quickly Big portions for such a fair price, and even better than some in LA!! - Chicken Pot Pie ($1.30) !!!! - So so juicy and perfectly flaky!! So reminiscent of home in LA, and although the taste isn't strong, it's a perfect bite and great price, excited to get more With fresh bread, authentic sweets, and a wide selection including sticky rice, as a foodie I'm enticed by all the tasty treats!! Staff are super friendly and even faster, our banh mi came out in less than 5 min!! I've already visited the restaurant two times in one day after a full day of moving, and am excited for my next visits to try the rest of their menu!!

I came here with my son on a whim before shopping at nearby Vinh Hung supermarket. We both ordered the House Special, which has all of the meats. And a Vietnamese Coffee. Both were SO good! I could only eat half of my sandwich. The bread was lightly crispy on the outside and airy on the inside. Lovely, balanced flavor. The service was fast which was great, since a line quickly formed behind us! We sat outside. Inside seating is some counter seating. I'd love to go back and try other sandwiches, and some of the sweet treats!

I love the banh mi here. I always get the combo #1. I haven't figured out their bread schedule yet - sometimes it's so fresh you feel that crunch, other times it's not so fresh. They really smear that pate on, although it is a bit lacking in the butter department. Nonetheless I love their pate and I honestly could eat it by itself I'm not even gonna lie The coffee super good, you can taste the underlying flavor of the coffee beans. The coffee was so strong I felt my brain pulsating - that's when you know it's legit The egg rolls are mid I have to admit, it's super dry and idk it's just not crunchy at all when I get them - the skin is a bit hard to chew off. Although they're huge and definitely would satisfy that craving. I think they're around $1.50 each? Not sure but it can add up pretty quickly I wish they had more offerings to-go. If they had more ready made food options I def would become more of a regular here! Overall recommend coming, service is super quick - I'm talking the longest time I've waited for a banh mi was like 5 minutes - to me that's pretty rare I'm going to be honest. People are super nice and there's limited seating outside with plenty of parking available! Ambiance is cozy af, and you know it's for the locals when you got the elderly neighbors chilling at the storefront

The sandwiches are legitimately good especially outside Westminster. They are efficient in making the sandwiches and able to not include cilantro if you're not a fan. They also have nice tubs of pickled radish you can buy in case you're like me and like to pile it on. Their basil seed drink is also nice, which you can add ice to when you get home. Or they'll fill it up there. Meats in the sandwiches are quality and I like their pate. Nice big pieces of jalapeños in them as well. It's a small area to wait for your order, but I don't blame them for being busy. Nice cashier as well that took my order.

We finally tried Paris Sandwiches and were pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of the sandwiches. We ordered the grilled pork and chicken sandwiches. The French bread was fresh and crunchy on the outside but soft inside. The meats and condiments were generous and tasty. They also have many Vietnamese snacks to buy from. We love the fact that they have a sugarcane machine and can make fresh cane juice at the location. You gotta try fresh sugarcane juice when you are there. They are just amazing. The service was not the most friendly or efficient. It's a nice quick and go place.
